Faded Complexion Face Mask

July 23, 2020

I have acne prone skin that at times leave behind dark spots after a blemish has disappeared. It can be quiet annoying and embarrassing to have blemished skin especially since I do not wear a lot of makeup. I have tried so many products and DIY methods to help clear up my skin. I finally found products that work for my skin type-yay! But I still get those pesky dark spots if a blemish lingers.

Since I use all natural skin care methods I have found a really great complexion mask that removes dead skin and leaves behind softer and brighter skin behind.

All Natural Skin Care Face Mask

Most people never think of putting food on your face because it seems, well...gross. But having the right ingredients for the right ailment is amazing for all natural skin care. If using organic fruits and vegetables you can control what goes into your skin care products leaving out all the nasty chemicals that you do NOT want on your face. I am always on a search for some all natural way to take care of my skin and hair.

Why peaches?
Peaches are a great source of Vitamin C and its macronutrients also help in removing wrinkles and tightens pores leaving behind brighter, tighter skin. Who doesn't want that!?
I know I desperately need something for my tired skin after running after kids all day. And peaches just smell amazing! The smell of peaches takes me all the way back to my grandmothers house. We used to always make homemade vanilla ice-cream and toss in some extra peaches on extra special occasions.

For this face mask puree one peach in a food processor or you can mash by hand. Add enough heavy cream to the pulp to make a creamy mixture. Spoon into a clean, clear jar and store in the refrigerator for a couple of days. Apply to dry skin and massage in. Let this sit for about 10 minutes and rinse off. You can use this mask daily if you wanted to or use leftovers as a hair mask.
*Be sure to moisturize after any and all face mask treatments.

What is your favorite all natural skin care face mask that you use?

This is absolutely new to me. Wow! I can see how the cream would help but I've not seen peaches used for skin health before.
