Ever since I was a teenager, I have been prone to depression. Around my monthly, when tough times came, when the weather changed, ok....all the time!!
But I stumbled across the world wide web and did some research on natural remedies to combat depression without taking all the prescribed meds that are usually handed out like candy.
What I read was pretty interesting.
Our diets are so low in saturated fats and cholesterol that we have pretty much lowered our sources of Omega 3's. We should be getting this with good quality farm fresh eggs and grass fed beef. But many Americans are not eating these. Instead we are eating corn, corn and more corn!!
So while I take some form of fish oil daily to lift my mood and supplement my lack of fish cuisine, I was offered to sample Vitavana's Krill Oil. It has 500mg of Krill oil per softgel. The recommended dose is to take 1 to 3 softgels daily. I take 2.
I liked how easy it was to take, no fish burps!!
