Now that's out of the way, I can get on with my review :-)

I take a prenatal for my hair, skin and nail health. Yes, I know there are vitamins for that, but I just love taking a good prenatal. I also take fish oil to combat depression, so now that I have found a vitamin that has all those benefits, its great!!

Zenwise Health recommends taking two softgels daily. I did notice after about 20 minutes of taking these, I got fish burps....yummm right!!??

So I tried only taking one, still got the fish burps. But on a good note, the burps do not last very long so I went back to taking two daily. 

I really like that they have everything you need to have a healthy pregnancy. Zenwise Health prenatals are also good to take pre-pregnancy or while breastfeeding.
