Booty Loops

Booty Loops are a set of 3 resistance bands that you are used during a workout.
With all the hard work that you put into having a healthy body, diet is definitely the number one source that you should be investing in.
But the Booty Loops resistance bands are a great addition to gaining the body that you desire.

Resistance bands like the Booty Loops are designed to work the lower body but can be used for the upper body as well.

The booty Loops came with an insert guide that tells you how to use them along with pictures and detailed description, which I love.
Again all of these were designed for your lower body but I found a way to use them for my upper body.
You should  warm up by exercising a little first before using the booty lips to prevent injury.
Complete 3 sets of one exercise before moving on to the next.
Complete 8 to 12 reps of each set.
Rest 30 to 60 seconds between each exercise.
Allowed 24 to 48 hours of rest before using the resistance bands again to prevent injury.
You can use these at least 3 times a week.
It's important to make sure you check the band before using it to make sure that there is no wear on the band, and to be sure there are no abrasive surfaces to prevent injury to your body. Do not stretch the band be on to X its resting link to prevent damaging the resistance band. You should always avoid straining and holding your breath while exercising, and discontinue any exercise that is uncomfortable it causes discomfort. The booty Loop resistance bands are a great addition to have to help strengthen, tongue and encourage endurance.
