Physical Aches & Pains

There are so many aches and pains that you're going to experience. From the painful swollen ankles, to the horribly painful feeling you get when your baby decides to push against your ribs, or your lower back. But it doesn't stop there, after birth many women suffer from terrible back pains due to the strains of pregnancy. If you're suffering, do you think you would benefit from seeing a chiropractor? They're experts at diagnosing issues with many different parts of your body, especially the back and the issues created due to pregnancy. This, along with practicing back strengthening exercises every day can help. Many women benefit from trying yoga which is excellent for flexibility, recovery, and strength.

When Your Whole Life Changes

This is a hard one to grasp for some women. As soon as you have a baby your whole life changes. All of a sudden you can't go out without having to think of a hundred things that you never had to think about before. Our best advice is to embrace your new life, keep as much of your old one with you, and build a better life. Make new friends and build a new social circle around life with having a baby or a young child.

The Growing Pains

Growing pains are the pains you feel when your child is getting older and you know that your relationship is changing with them. They want their independence and freedom and some mothers find it hard to adjust to. It's important to be careful during this time. Fail to loosen the reigns and you could be too intrusive into their life, create hostility, and stop them from becoming independent. Embrace the fact that they're getting older and enjoy how your relationship changes from being someone you have to raise to someone you can be friends with.
