Acne Prevention the Natural Way

Ok so let me say in the beginning, there is NO CURE for acne. And if there is, please inform me!!
As a cystic acne sufferer myself I know all the trials, dilemma and the embarrassment that comes with having acne.
I have tried just about everything there is to try and gave up on prescription medications when I ended up in the hospital for a full week when I was 13.
So having tried all these things, I have not found a single thing to totally get rid of the acne. But altering my diet to eat healthier less refined food and excluding dairy have helped.
Here is some tips and tricks that I have tried that may help you:
1. If at all possible skip the fried foods!! {this one was hard for me, being from the south fried foods is a way of life for me}
2. Avoid dairy products. {I don't know why this is, but a lot of dairy equals a lot of breakouts}
3. Wash your face at least once a day with a gentle cleaner. {I use an anti-bacterial soap-Safeguard, this isn't gentle, but acne is caused by bacteria on the face}
4. Moisturize your face after ever wash with coconut oil. {I actually have coconut oil, lavender essential oil, tea tree oil, frankincense essential oil all mixed up and use this after every wash}
5. Keep your hands OFF your face!
6. DO NOT PICK OR POP!!
Here is the ratio for the coconut oil moisturizer I have made. {If you do not have any other these I would definitely recommend for you to get tea tree oil and lavender essential oil. Lavender essential oil soothes and heals damaged and irritated skin. Tea tree oil will reduce the amount of time you have a pimple!!! So having this in the cream created a power house lotion!!}
3 - 4 Tablespoons coconut oil
5 drops lavender essential oil
5 drops tea tree oil
5 drops frankincense essential oil -this also calms
irritated skin but prevents wrinkles!!! BONUS!!
