Make some time for yourself

Once you understand that you can say ‘no’ to certain situations and commitments and still be okay, the sooner you will ease your sense of overwhelm. People pleasers struggle to say no, so it’s important that you set out your priorities and stay firm.

Exercise is key

Keeping active is not only important for your physical health but it’s also just as significant for your mental health. If you’re struggling to find the time to attend exercise classes or the gym, then you can always take small steps to incorporate some activity into your life. Once you have found a form of exercise that suits you and your lifestyle, you’ll start to reap the benefits and how it can reduce stress and mental health symptoms.
