Change your Focus

Think of three different things that you like about your body or your face, and then write them down. When you do, you can then stick them to the mirror and repeat them out loud to yourself. Change your Wardrobe

Another thing that you can do is try and change your wardrobe around a little bit. When you do, you will be able to feel much better about yourself and you can also feel as though you can dress for your mood. You should never feel guilty about buying new clothes either. In fact, buying new clothes should be a treat that you do for yourself from time to time.
